Operating since 1986, La Nuova Tradizione has made the quality of Italian ice cream and pastry products its greatest pride. For years, we have been one of the leading suppliers of products for ice cream makers and confectioners, not only nationally, but also internationally.
A winning story
La Nuova Tradizione was founded in Vicenza in 1986 from the intuition of a group of experts in products for ice cream parlours and pastry shops, who were able to combine raw materials, technology and services necessary to support and enhance the quality of Italian ice cream and the creativity of those who make it.
Today, our company boasts a state-of-the-art factory, powered by renewable energy, and over 4000 square metres dedicated to production. Our factory is divided into dedicated departments for each production, packaging and storage line, which are fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum product stability, preservation and efficiency.

Our company mission is expressed in our very name, La Nuova Tradizione (The New Tradition), which renews and updates itself by offering innovative solutions, carefully charting a course that focuses on the consumer and his needs: tradition and quality without compromise.
Our Team
For years, our team has been passing on its knowledge with the customer's needs in mind and with great passion and attention to detail.
Thanks to an excellent research and development staff, and dynamic production departments led by specialised technicians, we are able to offer high standards of quality and customisation to satisfy the most demanding customers, while respecting the tradition that characterises the quality of Italian ice cream and pastry products.
In addition, we have always adopted state-of-the-art safety technology for our products through a UNI EN ISO 9001 certified quality system.
Over the years, La Nuova Tradizione has expanded its product range to include the Vergani 1881, Distilleria Pizzolotto and Cgi Flavors brands. In this way we can offer specific all-round solutions, thanks also to a channel-specific sales network.
